How EOS ® Works
The EOS Process™ is designed to help you achieve mastery of the Six Key Components™. The tools are simple but not necessarily easy. Using the principles of spaced learning, we help you form new habits to lead and manage. It takes time and repetition. The good news is that benefits start accruing quickly.
90-Minute Meeting: Introduces your leadership team to EOS. Brings everyone together to decide whether they want to use the system and tools to strengthen their company. This meeting is complimentary. The only request is an open mind!
Focus Day™: We introduce: a) the core leadership attributes that leaders need to break through the periodic ceilings that tend to stall most companies, and b) the basic EOS tools. After Focus Day™, your leadership team uses the new tools in your business for the next 30 days to experience real improvement.
Vision Building™ (Day 1): We’ll start the day reviewing and sharpening the Focus Day™ tools. You’ll also start to create the V/TO (Vision/Traction Organizer)™ tool to clarify your vision. Following Vision Building™ Day 1, you’ll continue to use the tools for another month until you return for Vision Building™ Day 2.
Vision Building™ (Day 2): We‘ll spend another day with your leadership team to master the Focus Day™ tools and complete the V/TO™ tool to complete your vision.
Quarterly Sessions: Every quarter we’ll spend a day together with your team to evaluate your performance, refocus, and set priorities for the next 90 days. We’ll also resolve any issues that might impede your progress.
Annual Sessions: Once a year we’ll add an extra day to the quarterly meeting to assess the previous year, work on team health, update your vision and plan for the next year and next quarter. The result is a healthy, focused leadership team that makes continual progress towards achieving your vision. As the leadership team goes, so goes the rest of the company. Soon the entire organization is focused and engaged. Your employees share a common vision, work in an atmosphere of discipline and accountability, and function as a healthy and cohesive team.
